Travel Insurance Requirement

Safari & City does not sell insurance and is not responsible for uninsured losses.

Booking & Cancellation Terms

  • Safari & City books accommodation and activities via trusted third-party providers.
  • All bookings are subject to the cancellation policies of the lodge or service provider.
  • We are not responsible for changes in provider availability, weather impacts, or third-party actions.

Accommodation Vetting

We rely on local knowledge, guest feedback, and online research to recommend properties. While we do visit and inspect some lodges, we cannot personally vet every property.

GDPR & Data Consent

Safari & City is compliant with UK/EU GDPR. When you submit an enquiry:

  • You consent to us storing your data for travel planning purposes.
  • We may share essential details with trusted partners (lodges, guides, transfer companies) strictly for the purpose of confirming bookings.
  • We do not sell or misuse your information.
  • You may request deletion or review of your data at any time.

Force Majeure & Liability

We are not responsible for loss, injury or disruption caused by events outside our control, including:

  • Weather, strikes, illness, transport disruptions
  • Loadshedding, border closures, or natural disasters
